Current building progress

Window installation is now complete. Roofing work is in full swing. Interior and mechanical/electrical work has already begun. Facade work is in full swing.

Current building progress

The windows have already been installed in the completed shell sections; the last shell section will be completed in February 2026. With the start of interior work, a new chapter in the history of this modern ensemble begins.

At the Max Höfe construction site, the current focus is on the construction of the building shell, which is currently underway.

The construction site is growing rapidly: the shell has already reached the second floor.

Work on the basement floors has been completed.

Current building progress

Concrete is currently being poured for the basement levels. A total of 72 generously designed individual parking spaces equipped with wall boxes are being created here. There is also a parking space with a fast charging station in the underground garage, which is available for use by all residents.

Current building progress

The foundations for the two building construction cranes have been completed on the construction site at Türkenstrasse 50. Construction of the floor slab is in full swing. We were able to gain Haseitl, a traditional and renowned family business from the Oberland region, as a partner for the building construction.

The foundation stone has been laid, heralding the start of the shell construction. Over the next few weeks, the construction site will be set up by the contracted specialist company and the building will begin to grow.

Excavation of the 2nd basement level has begun.

The animal construction work is now in full swing.

Things are also happening at MAX HÖFEN. After the planning phase and building permit, the water law approval has now been obtained and we are starting with the civil engineering work.
